What can i do about this girl?
So i share a pony (that i might be buying) from a riding stables. I pay £50 a week for unlimited use and care and can come up when i please. This girl shares a different pony there and she keeps on buying my pony treats and licks (which aren't mineral, garlic or salt). My pony is already spooky and hyper, and since she's been buying him all of these treats and things, he's gone totally crazy with me, he won't listen to me asking him to stop until it will sometimes get to the point where i have to turn him in a tight circle. It's all right for her, she's scared to trot him and tells him off for trying to have more rein as she holds them very tight and balances on his mouth. He's only 5 and his training has been going down the toilet since she's been messing around with him and his stable. She even went up to him the other day and started waving a crop around in his face so it made that horrible rugs Auction "whoosh" noise. He reared and slammed against the stable door (she was stood inside the stable) and she started practically beating him on the chest for being scared and trying to get away! She hasn't got a clue about horses care to be honest, she put a stable rug on him the other day when it was so hot that it was near heat-wave temperature. He got dehydrated and we were seriously worried about him. Of course, as per, she doesn't get in trouble for it, she gets a "don't do that again" and they leave it at that. It isn't just my pony that she messes around with, my friend owns her own pony and keeps her on working livery (her pony does lessons and hacks) and the girl was tacking her pony up and my friends pony has a pelham with a curb chain and the girl done it up as tight as it could go. Naturally, my friend had a go at her with a "Don't you dare ever do that again!"I woke up at 6:30am just to go to the stables, in the half term, just to get my pony in from the field. We all go down there and she catches my pony and just leaves her pony to my friend.I don't pay 200 a month just to have an annoying, inexperienced girl to take over my pony. The whip problem is that they bought him from a local auction, we are pretty sure that his owners used to hit him as he spooks if you lift your hand up and he's head shy. If you bring a whip within 3 foot of him he freaks out completely and he is very jumpy if someone makes sudden movements or brings a whip near him.The treats make him more hyper and i'm the only one who really rides him except saturdays so he's fresh as it is without treats, he's also getting very 'mouthy' and if you stroke his nose he thinks he can get away with using his teeth. What can i tell her? I'm very tempted to just say "i don't pay £200 per month to just come up here and do nothing and watch someone else take over my pony."
