Keep in mind that US is telling the Pakis to back off of India.Do we do that with a bit of aid? yes. We understand there is a delicate situation there and frankly the Pakis are walking a very thin line.Take the high road. Consider the end result. Keep your chin up and keep the north free of terrorists.
I agree with u. Really it’s very unfortunate.Islam means peace. But so called fundamentalists are doing such bad things which are not acceptable to majorities of Muslims.
You are absolute correct,RAW has a dirty role in the whole show.
Been happening for years with Turkey. The military coup in 1999 is what mucked everything up. Althought the president of Pakistan dissolving the parliament 3 times in about 5 years wasn’t a big help to stability either.
.Better question, fella: how many troops and Iraqis died in Iraq for “The War That Never Should Have Started”?Seems like we were doing pretty good in Afghanistan ’til whoops-a-daisy, ‘genius’ Cheney and his puppet, G. Dubya Boosh decided to pull troops, assets, materiel, etc., from Afghanistan and send them to Iraq.Buddy, that is ONE-HUNDRED-FVCKING PER CENT NOT Obama’s fault.Obama has INCREASED the troop level by more than 28,000 troops (and all that in the 9 months he’s been in office… Cheney-Bush had 8 YEARS…): how does THAT compare to the failed ineffective disastrous half-assed Cheney-Bush plan?Your silence is deafening, sir, and with good reason: any reply would be nothing more than trembling-chin equivocation, prevarication and dissembling, a veritable Potemkin village of an argument. We will ALWAYS be perceived as ‘occupiers’ by people who, through no fault of their own, are living in what WE consider to be the 13th century. We are perceived as ‘occupiers’ at the very least, and always viewed as DEFILERS, by Muslims who who do NOT want American troops in Saudi Arabia…. in fact, bin Laden’s main gripe is that very point: “infidels” in the home-country of Mecca and Medina 2 of Islam’s holiest shrines (minus the Temple of the Rock in Jerusalem).Any RATIONAL person would understand that with the shaky political situation in Afghanistan (and dare we even ‘hint’ at the concomitant economic and tribal factors in that equation?), prudence and caution are dictated. Obama is not depriving troops of any essential support. Commanders on-the-ground, from General McChrystal on down, have time to assess their defenses, their tactics, etc. Too bad more thought didn’t go into ‘thinking’ about Iraq vis-a-vis Afghanistan under the buffoonery of Cheney-Bush… but what would you expect from 2 such arrogant draft-dodgers? And just as Palin, Dobbs, Hannity, Beck, Limbaugh, Boehner, Bachmann, O’Reilly, and their ilk make a ‘living’ less-than-honorably by telling whoppers and “making stuff UP,” thus forming an ‘enemy within,’ the Taliban and al Qaeda are their equivalent in their respective bailiwicks.See what happens in countries where religion trumps common sense? Hint hint. Fundamentalists in Afghanistan and Iraq (among other places) are the immoral equivalent of the Cheney-Bush ‘Crusade’ against people who call God by a different name: to Hell with ALL of you!If McCain was willing to commit our troops to Iraq for “a hundred years,” did YOU ask about what his exit strategy was? After all, a hundred years would lay that military ‘debt’ ON YOUR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN.Does that sound oddly familiar?Does the shoe pinch when it’s on YOUR foot, Cinderfella?Good luck in the REAL world, buddy..
What makes me feel sooooooooo bad is that i spend almost 20 years of my life in balochistan and things were great.. now all of a sudden when i went there after 2 years i found out that the balochistan is no moremy land.. just because i am Punjabi.. my 5 best friends are balochi and we never durring our 15 years of friendship thought abt these pathetic things.. this is just the propaganda of few people who are doing nothing 4 the country but just destroying everything 4 the sake of their intrests.. i am not going to defent anyone here because i myself don’t agree with so many things this Govt is doing but i don’t think so the presidant said they ll hit balochi.. see again this is not right at all.. why we want to show the world the wrong picture?? Why we play these type of games.. changing words just to make the situation worse.. we are not doing any good to Pakistan or to balochistan either.. we are harming ourselves..Now whats going on in Balochistan and everywhr in Pak… bomb blasts… killing f innocent people.. destroying the property f our own country.. doing nthing 4 the development of our people.. why we are talking abt the independence of balochistan at the 1st place?? Balochistan is the part of Pakistan and 2 me its just like if we as that when i will get rid of my heart… i won’t b able to survive without my heart right?? I know exactly what nawabs use to do and it’s everywhere.. they don’t want to make schools in the area, they don’t want to develop their area.. they don’t want to provide even basic needs to the people and then they complain if they don’t get the BIG SHARE.. ALLAH is just and HE ll do justice INSHAALLAH, we all have to give answer infront of HIM one day.. but this is not right that if i m hurt by one person i should put the blame on whole nation..If one person is bad that doesn’t mean we should blame PAKISTAN ARMY 4 that.. if one balochi or punjabi or sindhi pathan is involved in crimes.. i have no right to say that all balochis or punjabis are bad people… plz people base of Pakistan was not Nationalism… base was Pakistan was and is Islam.. we are muslims and muslims feel the pain of each others like if the one part of body is hurting the whole bode feels that pain… plz people b pakistani b Muslims and stay together.May ALLAH protect all of us May ALLAH help all Balochis, Punjabis, sindhis and pathans to be a MUSLIM…AAMEENPeace
Just because something is traditional doesn’t mean it’s a good idea. One of my old history teachers used to tell us a story about when Britain first colonized India. Two British officers were walking around when they saw a crowd of natives around a funeral pyre. They were about to light it when the officers noticed a living woman tied to it.”Hold it!” One shouted. “What is the meaning of this? What are you doing to this woman?”"Oh, it’s all right, officer. In our culture when a woman’s husband dies, we burn her alive on the funeral pyre.”"I understand that’s part of your culture.” Said the same officer. “But we have a tradition too. When we see people about to burn widows alive… we arrest them!”Sometimes it’s better to say something.
Girl, take a trip to the Politics section and find for yourself just how many AMERICANS are laughing over the fact that Obama got the Nobel Prize for Peace.http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AtmdqC6IBpvrD0Ky55t1_HojzKIX;_ylv=3?qid=20091009021758AAFg5VWhttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=ApX2j5nwDimpQPWLqjx4W9cjzKIX;_ylv=3?qid=20091009033022AAu2yeohttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ag2xhS9KzWF79uGoVEGrKDMjzKIX;_ylv=3?qid=20091009024539AAImEf8Edit: ROFL @ ahmad!
