Commanders on-the-ground, from General McChrystal on down, have time to assess their defenses, their tactics, etc. Too bad more thought didn’t go into ‘thinking’ about Iraq vis-a-vis Afghanistan under the buffoonery of Cheney-Bush… but what would you expect from 2 such arrogant draft-dodgers? And just as Palin, Dobbs, Hannity, Beck, Limbaugh, Boehner, Bachmann, O’Reilly, and their ilk make a ‘living’ less-than-honorably by telling whoppers and “making stuff UP,” thus forming an ‘enemy within,’ the Taliban and al Qaeda are their equivalent in their respective bailiwicks.See what happens in countries where religion trumps common sense?
