This coat is excellent. My wife bought me this for Christmas 2009. It is: heavy, warm, well-stitched, comfortable. There is a re-movable inside lining. I haven’t removed that yet (still too cold in northern Indiana). The faux wool collar is removable as well. This is the most expensive coat I have ever worn, but I am extremely happy with it. When it is all zipped up your torso is impervious to the cold wind. Women I do not know have actually come up to me and complimented me on it–hot-looking chicks I do not even know. The coat has many internal pockets. The outside zipper pocket is large enough to carry a DVD. This is a very well made coat. I can not emphasize that enough. You will not be disappointed. If there were a king of jacket-dom, then this puppy is it. BGSD hit a home run with this one. Highly recommended.


I have royal blue living room walls w/white trim. Would a brown leather couch and red shag rug clash?
My walls are a royal blue with white trim. We have a light colored hardwood floor and were thinking about getting a dark brown Leather rug leather sofa with nailhead trim. I am also eyeing a red shag rug to throw into the mix. It's not a bright bright red but not burgundy either. I was thinking about bringing these three colors together but don't know if it will clash. If it doesn't, where would I begin with curtains?? Solids, stripes, dots?? I want long curtains and my husband wants more of a cabin theme but I'm not sure that will work with this color scheme. Any help is appreciated.

    Wow there is a lot to say about this but overall it is just a great jacket. For one it looks so cool to a point i am getting asked “where did you get that jacket” or “very cool jacket” from complete strangers. It keeps me warm and just represents me in a way. I love this jacket simple as that and i honestly do not think you will find one as good as this jacket at this price. I can not think of any negatives about it as i have already put it through test after test and it holds up. Believe me when i say this…it will not fail you.

    If you’re in the market for a “traditional” bomber jacket, this is the one to get. It is reasonably priced and looks great! I bought this for my husband’s 60th birthday, and he was thrilled! He’s wearing it even on not too chilly days!

    Received this jacket just as expected ! I had one like this as a kid and wanted one now as an older man. Nice and soft leather ! Looks like its been worn a little which is a nice touch rather than real shiny.Don’t get me wrong it still looks new. Sip-out lining is a plus for me since I get a little more room in the waste for my pot belly.(LOL) Would have preferred snap pockets,but can live with the buttons.All in all I give this jacket 5 Stars for quality,looks,warmth,and price !!

    Bought this for my grandfather, he loves it! Great fit, looks expesive it was well worth it
